RESIDENTIAL Riyadh Building Four (2021-2022); A 8 Lofted Apartments / Villas building type with privacy in mind. We aimed to deliver a home experience in a compact attached unit setting. Each unit is three bed, two living, and has access to private terrace or garden depending on floor. the building core is shared but each dwelling has two entrances or two floors. This projects is the first of many that tackles new ways to solve the housing issues in the region with smart innovative new solutions with cost in mind.
